The upcoming 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser marks the return of an iconic nameplate to the brand’s model lineup. A vehicle built for adventure, the all-new Land Cruiser retains its predecessors’ off-road capabilities, while introducing a plethora of advanced vehicle technologies and a modern yet rugged design. Rugged Retro-Inspired Design
The 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser gives drivers the choice between three distinct variants for its initial return to the North American market. Although each model comes with its own unique styling cues and interior amenities, all models feature the vehicle’s bold new exterior design, seating for up to five passengers, a manual opening rear glass panel and stylish two-tone paint options.
Exclusively available for the 2024 model year, the limited-run Land Cruiser First Edition model features enhancements such as roof racks, rock rails, a front skid plate and First Edition badging throughout.
Land Cruiser 1958
The entry-level Land Cruiser 1958 is a no-nonsense variant that strikes a perfect balance between functionality and classic style. Catering to off-road purists and those seeking an uncomplicated ride, the vehicle features a charming retro circle headlight design, 18-inch alloy wheels and heritage front grille. Inside, you’ll find a cloth interior with spacious seating, as well as an 8-inch Toyota Multimedia Interface display with integrated wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto capabilities.
The premium variant of the off-road SUV, the Land Cruiser features a distinctive rectangular headlight array, wider tires, and available 20-inch wheels. Inside the vehicle, you’ll find vegan leather seats with heating and ventilation capabilities, a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen display, a 10 speaker audio system and an available console cool box.
All 2024 Land Cruiser models share the brand’s new iForce Max hybrid powertrain that combines the power of a turbocharged 2.4-litre 4-cylinder engine with Toyota’s advanced hybrid-electric motor technology. This system generates 326 horsepower, 465 lb-ft of torque and boasts a 2,721 kgs (6000 lbs) towing capacity, all while delivering impressive fuel economy ratings of an estimated 8.7 L/100km in combined city and highway driving!
Sharing its nameplate with a legendary off-road vehicle, the new 2024 Land Cruiser comes equipped with a handful of standard and available off-road ready features.
