Every 2026 RAV4 Hybrid comes standard with Toyota Safety Sense 4.0 which is Toyota's most advanced standard safety suite. It covers the driver assistance features most relevant to everyday driving:
- Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian and Bicyclist Detection — monitors the road ahead for potential frontal collisions with vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists, and applies automatic emergency braking when impact is imminent.
